Our Business

Painter's Partner is a small custom wood shop that crafts items especially for Tole & Decorative Painters.  We ship items throughout Florida, & around the USA & Canada.  We work with Decorative Painting Chapters & Guilds to create surfaces in preparation for planned seminars.

Furthermore, we craft pieces to   specifications required by individual designers and teachers.  We take pride in crafting wood products that are a pleasure for the painter to work on.

We also craft furniture pieces to our friends' specifications.  We repair & repurpose vintage pieces.  Finally we do some custom carved pieces.

Who We Are

Painter's Partner, where Dianne's the Painter, and Greg's the Partner. Dianne is a longtime Tole and Decorative Painter, and Teacher.  Greg is a longtime wood cutter.  We met in 2001, and Greg became Dianne's wood cutter.  This combination of experience and love of the genre allows us to craft surfaces that are designed for the artist.  We know and understand the nuances that make a piece easy and fun to work on.

Greg is a Member of: Society of Decorative Painters, Decorative Artists of Orlando (Treasurer), National Woodcarvers Association, Wood Chippers Wood Carving Club (President).

Dianne is a Member of: Society of Decorative Painters, Decorative Artists of Orlando (1st Vice President).
